ABOUT THE PRODUCT
This honey is produced from honeydew. Instead of collecting nectar from flowers, bees collect secretions from plants. In the case of oak honeydew honey, these secretions come from oak trees, often as a result of insects feeding on the tree sap . The bees collect this in the summer months in the oak forests of the broader Macedonian region, which can also refer to the region in Greece (near Mount Olympus) and North Macedonia .
